The Halvorsen Company fabricates and manufactures armor components for the military and defense sectors. We produce high integrity components such as hoods, ballistic covers, suspension components, main hull plates, blast plates and protective capsule parts for blast resistant vehicles. We fabricate armor components from MIL-A-46100, SA-517 and A-514, Armox 500 and Weldox 700 heavy steel plate and heavy alloy plate. We fabricate armored backing plates for composite reinforced blast resistant capsule components.
