Our facilities are ideally suited to handle heavy steel components requiring a hot forming operation. Our cold-formed steel capabilities include rolling or forming steel and alloy plate to produce finished products for our customers.

The Halvorsen Company provides custom large press brake forming (hot and cold) to 30’ long in addition to heavy steel plate fabrication services. Our CNC press brakes produce precisely formed custom parts.
Our experienced technicians specialize in heavy plate rolling, large CNC press brake forming, heavy plate bending, nickel alloy and carbon alloy plate fabrication and heavy plate straightening. We are experts at rolling, forming, fabricating, section rolling, flattening, bending, machining, welding, grinding, polishing, cutting and NDE inspection of heavy plate components. We have the ability to provide documented CMM inspection on formed parts. Our facilities include a 2000 ton x 30′ press brake for the processing of large plates.
