We are one of the most respected suppliers of steel and alloy heavy plate flattening, straightening and cutting services in the Midwestern United States. Our steel fabrication company can provide heavy plate flattening and straightening services to 2000 tons. Our steel plate flattening, cutting and machining services follow ASTM (ASTM International, formerly known as the American Society for Testing and Materials) guidelines and standards. Our heavy duty equipment and manufacturing experience are just two reasons why our customers choose us to process their heavy steel plate. We also specialize in rolling, forming, bending, and heat treating steel to very precise specifications.

Since 1955, our steel fabrication business has specialized in fabricating heavy steel components, CNC machining of heavy steel parts, hot rolled steel plate, rolling customized heavy walled plate cylinders and press brake flattening of steel plate from 1/2″ thick to 8″ thick. Our skilled craftsmen are specialists in heavy steel forming, press brake forming, angle & channel bending, metal shearing, CNC plasma cutting, welding and laser cutting.

We flatten, straighten and cut a variety of steel plate types and grades. The expertise we provide at our fabricating facility in Cleveland, Ohio includes working with carbon, stainless steel, alloy steel, high-nickel alloy, HSLA, PVQ steel plate, military grade steel plate (MIL-SPEC) and abrasion resistant (400 & 500 Bhn) plate.
